If ever there was a town which has escaped the ravages of development and succeeded in keeping its original character, Vittoriosa is the place. Pretty and quaint alleys will not fail to delight you as you walk through the old town where the knights settled when they came to Malta in 1530. The historic centre is characterised by winding streets, replete with buildings erected by the knights shortly after their arrival. Vittoriosa is also a harbour town and its city walls offer fascinating views of the Grand Harbour.
During this walking tour your guide will take you to see all there is to see in Vittoriosa and finish the tour with a Maltese Food Platter.

MEETING POINT
By the Valletta – Three Cities Ferry Service Landing (in Cospicua).
There is a regular ferry-service from Valletta. The 9.45 a.m. crossing will get you on time for the walks. It is also possible to cross with the typical water taxi, the landing is just 5 minutes away from the meeting point.
The Hop-on, Hop-off bus companies stop at the Freedom monument and there are public bus stops/stations to Vittoriosa and to Cospicua. Your tour guide will have the City Walking Tours Malta sign or umbrella.
